Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
2. This notice shall come into force on 21 September 2006.

Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice Rotorua 2006, No. 3.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment—Rangiputa Road, Far North District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the areas described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA105C/666.

(ii) the areas described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA131A/722.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and:

(i) the land described in the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA105C/666.

(ii) the land described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA131A/722.
