Pursuant to paragraph (a) (vi) of the definition of “State area” in section 2 of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares Whangamarino Government Purpose (Wetland Management) Reserve described in the Schedule to be a State area.
