Land Declared Road—Main Street and Rayner Road, State Highway No. 1, Huntly, Waikato District

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule to
this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of
the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited
access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule
to this notice to be road and shall vest in Waikato District
Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Beautification) Reserve and Land Declared as Road—Queen Street, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for
a local purpose (beautification) reserve and vested in the
New Plymouth District Council, subject to Part IVA of
the Conservation Act 1987, sections 10 and 11 of the Crown
Minerals Act 1991, lease 366342.2 and encumbrance
463166.10;

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road
and vested in the New Plymouth District Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
