The above-named company, being registered under part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the company is sent or delivered to the applicant by the 20th day of November 2006, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
