Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Swanson School (1521) and Appointment of a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Swanson School
and appoint

Collene Roche

as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of
Swanson School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting
under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 November 2004,
which was granted under those Regulations to Peter Davis
in respect of Moana Street Friendship and Care Centre
(51515), situated at the corner of Fromont and Moana
Streets, Wanganui.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any
provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its
notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
