Road Realignment—McEvedys and Inwoods Roads, Selwyn District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Selwyn District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated as follows:
(i) That the area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 20A/177; and
(ii) that the area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 23K/978, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 23K/978, subject to all existing encumbrances.
