Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations
Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies that part of the reserve described
in the First Schedule as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve
and further classifies that part of the reserve described in the
Second Schedule as a local purpose (waste recovery centre)
reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, with the effect
that the land will vest in the Southland District Council
under the provisions of section 26A of the Act.

Conservation appoints the Otago Branch of the Royal Forest
and Bird Protection Society to control and manage the
