Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999

(Notice No. 1433)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999,
notice is given of the issue on 1 June 2005 of the following notices:

  • Animal Products (Dairy Recognised Agency and Recognised Person Specifications) Notice 2005;
  • Animal Products (Export Requirements – Dairy Products) Notice 2005; and
  • Animal Products (Official Assurance Specifications – Dairy Products) Notice 2005

which came into force on 1 June 2005.

Copies of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (P.O. Box 2835), Wellington.

Notice of Amendment to Compliance Document for New Zealand Building Code

Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Building Act 2004, I give notice of an amendment to the compliance document for New Zealand Building Code External Moisture Clause E2.

The amendment comes into force on 1 July 2005.

Crown Entities Act 2004

Appointment to the Arts Council of New Zealand Toi Aotearoa

Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint

Tamaoho Waaka Vercoe, of Whakatane

as a member of the Arts Council of New Zealand Toi Aotearoa for a three-year term of office from 1 June 2005.
