shall be that specified in Schedule 3 for the appropriate
interest payment frequency, term and dollar range.
(4) Despite subparagraph (1), the rate of Common Fund
interest payable on deposits made pursuant to an enactment
shall be the rate (if any) specified in the enactment;
(5) Despite subparagraphs (1), (2) and (3), in particular
cases or classes of case, Public Trust and the depositor may
agree on a rate of interest payable on investment deposits,
protection deposits or special deposits that is different from
the rate specified in Schedules 1, 2, or 3 and the agreed rate
then applies.
- Revocation of notice and transitional provisions—
(1) The Public Trust Common Fund Interest Rates Notice
5 May 2005 is revoked.
(2) The rates of interest specified in Schedules 1 and 2 to this
notice do not apply to any period that ends with 12 June
2005 but otherwise operate as from 13 June 2005.
(3) The rates of interest specified in Schedule 3 to this notice:
(i) do not apply to investment deposits repayable at
the end of a fixed term that commenced prior to
13 June 2005; but
(ii) do apply to investment deposits repayable at the
end of a fixed term that commenced on or after
13 June 2005.

Companies Act 1955
In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the
matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and
in the matter of J E Watson & Co Limited:
Take notice that I, Iain Robert Rennie, Acting Secretary to
the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act
1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the
Queen, the reversionary interest of Her Majesty the Queen
in the ½ share as tenant in equal shares, in Lots 1, 3, 5 and
7, Block IV, DP 67 of 1.6187 hectares, held in Computer
Freehold Register SL58/114, the registered proprietor being
J E Watson & Co Limited, a company removed from
the Companies Register on 27 October 1994 and formerly
having its registered office at Elders House, 60 Khyber Pass
Road, Auckland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not
come to my notice until 24 May 2005.
