Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On the 2nd day of June 2005, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Solution Systems Limited be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of June 2005.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 12th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Robin M. Seal, chartered accountant of BKR Walker Wayland Limited, was appointed liquidator of R & J. Finney Holdings Limited.

The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of June 2005 at 5.10 p.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 15th day of July 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

It is not proposed to hold any creditors’ meeting, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, for the reasons outlined in our first report to the Registrar. However, in accordance with section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, a creditor or shareholder may request the liquidator to call a meeting of creditors or shareholders at any time in the course of the liquidation to vote on a proposal that a liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidator. This request must be in writing.
