Animal Products (Specifications for the Ante-mortem And
Post-mortem Examination of Poultry Intended for Human
or Animal Consumption) Notice 2005, which comes into
force on 1 August 2005.

Appointments to the Building Practitioners Board

Pursuant to section 344 of the Building Act 2004, Her
Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
appoint
Paul Andrew Blackler, of Christchurch
Patrick Russell Lawrence, of Rotorua
David John Clark, of Auckland
Graham Bruce Moor, of Kerikeri
as members of the Building Practitioners Board for terms of
five years; and
Alan Norman Bickers, of Tauranga
Jane Margaret Cuming, of Kapiti
David Bernard O’Connell, of Christchurch
Colin Ross Orchiston, of Wellington
as members of the Building Practitioners Board for terms of
three years.
Pursuant to clause 22 (1) of Schedule 3 of the Building Act
2004, I have been pleased to appoint
Alan Norman Bickers, of Tauranga
to be the chairperson of the Building Practitioners Board for
a term of three years; and
Paul Andrew Blackler, of Christchurch
to be the deputy chairperson of the Building Practitioners
Board for a term of five years.
These appointments take effect from 1 June 2005.
