Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the following resolution was passed by the Dunedin City Council on 12 November 1984:

“THAT public notice having been given calling for objections and none having been received, the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves:

THAT in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereunder, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a scenic reserve within the meaning of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.


Otago Land District—Dunedin City

Schedule

45.5000 hectares, more or less, being Sections 19-23, 360R and 361R and part of Sections 12, 14 and 16, Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title Volume 76, folio 162.

8.0937 hectares, more or less, being Section 17, Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and being the land comprised in certificate of title Volume 266, folio 15.

7.6663 hectares, more or less, being Section 18, Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, and being the land comprised in certificate of title Volume 266, folio 14.”

This land is now described as Sections 79 and 80, Block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, as set out in SO 22021.
