Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 26th day of May 2005 at 10.30 a.m., appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Victoria Toon, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
