[26] Standard 4.5.1 is varied by –
[26.1] inserting in the Table to clause 3 –
Grape skin extract
[26.2] omitting from the Table to clause 3 and inserting in the Table to clause 4 –
Calcium carbonate
Potassium carbonate
Potassium hydrogen carbonate
[26.3] inserting in the Table to clause 4 –
Dimethylpolysiloxane
[26.4] omitting subclause 5(7), substituting –
(7) Wine, sparkling wine and fortified wine may contain water in proportion not exceeding 30 mL/L where the water is necessary for the incorporation of any substance specified in clause 3 or clause 4, or where the water is incidental to the winemaking process.
[26.5] inserting after subclause 5(7) –
(8) Where this clause does not otherwise specify a maximum permitted level for –
(a) a food additive listed in the Table to clause 3; or
(b) a processing aid listed in the Table to clause 4;
of this Standard, then the use of the food additive or processing aid must be consistent with conditions of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
[26.6] omitting subclause 6(1), substituting –
(1) In addition to the substances permitted by clauses 3 and 4 of this Standard, sparkling wine may also contain –
(a) grape spirit; and
(b) brandy; and
(c) sugars.

Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2005
Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the following notice is given.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice 2005.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 July 2005 and replaces the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 July 2004, No. 93, page 2337.

Fees—The Social Workers Registration Board sets the following fees and disciplinary levies payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.

Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Application for registration with an overseas qualification and practising in New Zealand 540.00
Application for registration with an overseas qualification but not practising in New Zealand 630.00
Issue of practising certificate to 30 June 2006 360.00

Applications for copies of certificates or entries, or for supplying documents for overseas registration purposes 45.00
Exemption:
Applicants who apply for registration during the year to 30 June 2006 will be exempt in that year from fees for the issue of a practising certificate and for the disciplinary levy.
