Appointments to the Commerce Commission
Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to appoint
Anita Jane Mazzoleni
Gowan Herbert Pickering
as associate members of the Commerce Commission, in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Electricity Industry Reform Act 1998, the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, the Telecommunications Act 2001, and the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 for a term of three years commencing on 18 May 2005 and expiring on 17 May 2008.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 May 2004, which was granted under those Regulations to Belinda Colling in respect of KidStart Ashburton (70528), situated at 155 Tancred Street, Ashburton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Richmond View School.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 18 May 2005.
A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, Sealord House, Second Floor, corner of Trafalgar and Bridge Streets, Nelson.
