Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose (utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Classification and Vesting of a Reserve in the Tararua District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a local purpose reserve (plantation) and vests the reserve in the Tararua District Council in trust for that purpose, subject to the Crown reserving the right to cancel the vesting (without compensation) if or when the reserve is ever required for a settlement of a claim in terms of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a gravel reserve over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
