Commodity Levies (Milksolids) Order 2003

Annual Milksolids Levy

Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and section 12 of the Commodity Levies (Milksolids) Order 2003, and following a resolution of the board of Dairy InSight Incorporated made pursuant to its rules, I hereby notify that the annual milksolids levy remains unchanged from the previous year at 3.4c/kg milksolids plus G.S.T.

This notice of the levy applies for the 2005/2006 dairy year from 1 June 2005 to 31 May 2006.

This notice will take effect on 1 June 2005.

Election of Producer Representative for Region 1 and Region 2

Under the provisions of clause 23 of the Pork Industry Board Regulations 1999, notice is hereby given of the forthcoming election (by postal ballot) for one producer representative in each of Region 1 and Region 2 on the New Zealand Pork Industry Board.

The election day is 10 June 2005.

The existing directors for Region 1 and Region 2 are offered for re-election.
