Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Reserves, and Vesting of Reserves in the Whangarei District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Waipu Centennial Trust Board to control and manage the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice and further vests the reserve in the First Schedule in the Whangarei District Council in trust for a local purpose (off-street parking) reserve, and vests the reserve in the Second Schedule in trust for a local purpose (site for centennial museum) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

Change of Name of a Reserve by a Territorial Authority

Pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a resolution of the Christchurch City Council dated 16 December 2004, the Chief Executive of the Christchurch City Council hereby changes the name of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice from local purpose (library site) to local purpose (memorial library site in trust) on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land remains vested in the South Canterbury District Health Board, pursuant to the provisions of section 11E (6) of the Health Sectors Transfer Act 1993.
