Pursuant to clause 9 (1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby validate the irregularity of the election on 6 April 2005 of four parent representatives to the Ruakituri School Board of Trustees.

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Friday, 24 June 2005, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for Baverstock Oaks School Board of Trustees.

I also approve Thursday, 7 July 2005, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Joseph’s School, Rangiora.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 27 April 2005.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
