Notice of Granting an Open Aviation Market Licence and Variation of an Open Aviation Market Licence

Pursuant to sections 87U (4) and 87X (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41 (1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and to delegations from the Secretary for Transport dated 22 September 2004, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Access and Services in the Ministry of Transport, has:

(a) having received an application from LAN Airlines S.A., of Santiago, Chile, granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from 20 April 2005; and

(b) varied the open aviation market licence granted to LAN Chile S.A. to provide for that licence to expire on 20 April 2005.

Notice of Claim

This notice is pursuant to section 101 (2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of United Resources Limited (a company that was struck off on 30 June 1998):
The sum of $13,872.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by NZ Oil and Gas Limited, the now sole shareholder of United Resources Limited

Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to NZ Oil and Gas Limited, subject to no notice of a claim being received on or prior to 20 May 2005.

Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, P.O. Box 13-245, Tauranga (Attention: Ken Southam) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.

Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
