Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired
for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway
No. 25;

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired
for use in connection with a road (segregation strip)
and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.\n

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 3, Junction

Road Deviation, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road adjoining or passing through the land described in
the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant
to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer
Freehold Register 200856, subject to section 11 of the Crown
Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987,
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken
as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register 200856, subject to section
11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the
Conservation Act 1987.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land
described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken as
severance and shall vest in the Crown as stopped
government road.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register TNH1/21, subject to section
11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the
Conservation Act 1987.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road adjoining or passing through the land
described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land
in Computer Freehold Register TNL2/192, subject to section
11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the
Conservation Act 1987.
