Land Set Apart for a Local Work—Part Bed of the Kuriwao Stream, Clinton Wetland, Clutha District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Roger Kenneth McLeod, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for sewage treatment and disposal purposes and to remain vested in the Clutha District Council.

Road Realignment—Mangawhai Road, Mangawhai, Kaipara and Rodney Districts

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third, Sixth and Seventh Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA77D/795;

(ii) the area described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA116C/910; and

(iii) the area described in the Seventh Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1034/6, subject to mortgage D592752.2.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
