Food Act 1981

Amendment to Food Standard (Notice No. 1417)

Pursuant to section 11G of the Food Act 1981, notice is given that the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 10 was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 6 April 2005 and comes into force 28 days following publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

This food standard can be viewed on the New Zealand Food Safety Authority web site:

or can be inspected free of charge at the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, 86 Jervois Quay, Wellington, or purchased from Bennetts or Whitcoulls.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 February 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Mii Teokotai in respect of St Lukes Tamariki Apii (30066), situated at 10 Kelso Street, Tokoroa.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 May 2004, which was granted under those Regulations to Sandra Nelmes in respect of Whakamaru Playcentre (40039), situated at Tihoi Road, Mangakino.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
