Road Realignment—Ashpit Road, Rotorua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired as road and vested in the Rotorua District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA43D/313, subject to mortgage H637172.5 and H734196.1 and Statutory Land Charge 589468.4;

(ii) the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA6D/1061, subject to mortgage H637172.5 and H734196.1

on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
