Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Licensing Authority Appointed

Pursuant to section 70 (1) of the Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 2004, the Minister of Justice has been pleased to appoint

Francis Joshua Handy, barrister and solicitor of Wellington

as the Licensing Authority of Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers for a term of three years on and from the date hereof.
