Revocation of Notice of Direction for Appointment

of a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of
Trustees of Waerenga-O-Kuri School (2712)

The notice of direction for appointment of a limited
statutory manager for the Waerenga-O-Kuri School Board
of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette,
23 October 2003, page 4090) is hereby revoked under
section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of its
publication.

Radiocommunications Act 1989

Fixed Wireless Access: Allocation of

Crown–Retained Spectrum at 3.5GHZ
—Call for Applications

Pursuant to section 48 of the Radiocommunications Act
1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic
Development (“MED”) intends to execute radio spectrum
licences suitable for fixed wireless access services in the
3.5GHz frequency band, and to allocate these spectrum
licences in accordance with this call for applications.

Interested persons are invited to make an application to
MED for the commercial allocation of area spectrum
licences (based on territorial local authority areas) for fixed
wireless access services.

Interested persons should note that the process to be
followed to obtain an area licence is in accordance with, and
is subject to, the allocation rules.

Therefore, interested persons should familiarise themselves
with the content of the allocation rules.

Note that when submitting an application, interested persons
will be required to agree to the terms of the allocation rules.

instructions for making applications) can be downloaded in

Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration
agreement has been signed between the Minister of
Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting
through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry
of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the
proprietor of the following school:

Tauranga Rudolf Steiner School, Tauranga.

The said integration agreement was executed on 20 January
2005.

A copy of the integration agreement is available for
inspection without charge by any member of the public at
the local office of the Ministry of Education, corner of
