Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice
and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby
declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall,
as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in
Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be national park
subject to the National Parks Act 1980, and shall be added
to and form part of Kahurangi National Park.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road—State Highway No. 25, Tairua, Thames–Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of May 1995, stopping a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 May 1995, No. 45, page 1166, by deleting the words

"and to be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948".

Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998

Notice Under Section 337 (3) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998

Pursuant to the provisions of section 337 (3) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, I hereby notify that the date of approval of the Rakiura Titi Islands Bylaws 2005 is 5 March 2005 and that on that date, "the commencement date", Regulation 2 of the Titi (Muttonbird) Islands Regulations 1978 is amended as set out in section 337 (1) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, and Regulations 3 (5), 3 (6), 5 (7) and 7 (1) (a) of the Titi (Muttonbird) Islands Regulations 1978 are revoked as set out in section 337 (2) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of February 1997, stopping a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 February 1997, No. 18, page 421, by deleting the words

"and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948"

in their application to the area described as "Q" in the Second Schedule to that notice.

Land to be Declared as Road—State Highway No. 1, Robinsons and Curragh Roads, Selwyn District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
