Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I intend to remove the following companies from the Register, under section 318 (1) (f) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the companies have failed to pay the fee prescribed by regulations for the application for registration of a company under section 12 of the Act.

SIMPLY SMELLY’S LIMITED.

If the prescribed fee is not paid to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days after the date of this notice, then the companies will be removed from the New Zealand Register.

There are no grounds for objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.
