Notice of Dissolution of the Board of Trustees of Glenfield College (30) and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner

Pursuant to section 78N (1) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Glenfield College
and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a
commissioner to replace that board.

Dated at Dunedin this 24th day of February 2005.

Notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Glenfield College (30)

Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint

Gail Thomson

as commissioner for Glenfield College.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Glenfield
College are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the date of publication.
