Wildlife Act 1953

Amendment to Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions

Pursuant to section 16 of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions North Island and South Island notice, Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 12 March 2004, No. 27, is amended at page 639 (Taranaki Fish and Game Region) by:

deleting the section:

“Special Paradise Shelduck and Canada Goose Season”

and adding the following:

“Special Paradise Shelduck Season
Areas B and C only: 5–13 March 2005 inclusive. 6.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Daily Bag Limit: 10 Paradise Shelduck.

Special Canada Goose Season
Areas B and C only: 5–27 March 2005 inclusive. 24 hour hunting allowed. Daily Bag Limit 10 Canada Goose.”

Pursuant to section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following amendment notice is given.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Amendment Notice 2005.

(2) This notice comes into force on 10 March 2005.

(3) This notice replaces the notice issued in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 120, 15 September 2004, page 2962.
