Conservation, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Papakura District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice revoking the Government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve dated the 10th day of December 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 December 2004, page 4422, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977 the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reserve described in the Schedule as a Government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve with the effect that the land remains vested in the West Otago Health Care Trust.

Classification of Reserve
