I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 3rd day of March 2005.

Description: For an estate in fee simple in 2 square metres, more or less, being parts of Section 183, Town of Wellington, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 1, folio 183, and being the land now shown as Lot 1 on a Plan for Deposit in the Wellington Land Registry, under 336051.

Circumstances: Such land being part of the land granted to Thomas Yates Edmonds by grant 1639, dated the 17th day of January 1860, and recorded in Crown Grants, Volume 3, page 111, and Alfred Hodges by grant 3190, dated the 4th day of November 1871, and recorded in Crown Grants, Volume 10, page 174.
