Gambling Act 2003

Notice That Minimum Standards for Gambling Equipment Used to Conduct or Monitor Class 4 Gambling Have Been Amended

Pursuant to section 328 of the Gambling Act 2003, I, Andrew Joseph Secker, Deputy Secretary, Regulation and Compliance, Department of Internal Affairs, acting under authority delegated to me by the Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that I have amended, pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003, the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004.

The amendment to the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 shall take effect on 23 December 2005.

Copies of the amendment to the Gambling Act (Class 4 Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs’ web site:
