Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of Southair Aviation Serv 1970 Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Murray Neil Frost as liquidator of the company.
