Control – Hazardous Substances (Packaging) Regulations 2001

Regulation 11

Omit, at the end of subclause (c) of the changes to controls, the expression “.” and substitute “; or”
and insert the following new subclause:

(d) an approval issued by the Authority or the Chief Inspector of Dangerous Goods under
regulation 3 of the Dangerous Goods (Class 3 – Flammable Liquids) Regulations 1985
prior to the date of commencement of this notice.
