Reserves Act 1977
Vesting Reserves in the Mackenzie District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserves described in the Schedule in the Mackenzie District Council in trust for local purpose (fishing settlements).

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (resting place for travelling stock) reserve over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
