Pursuant to section 160 (3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, hereby give notice that on 5 September 2005, we, The Honourable Dr Michael Cullen, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Chris Carter, Minister of Conservation, gave approval, under section 160 (1) (b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, for the Eastern Fish and Game Council to continue to hold a finance lease dated the 30th day of November 2001 for office equipment until 31 October 2005.

Environmental Risk Management Authority

Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996

Notice of Approval of Code of Practice

Pursuant to section 79 (5) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority advises that it has approved a Code of Practice for Design and Construction of Fabricated Vertical Cylindrical Above Ground Thermoplastic Stationary Tanks for the Storage of Hazardous Liquids with Class 6, 8 and 9 Hazard Classifications.

This code is intended to provide a means of compliance with the regulatory requirements of clauses 8 (2), 77 (b) (i) and 93 (1) (a) of the Hazardous Substances (Dangerous Goods and Scheduled Toxic Substances) Transfer Notice 2004.

This code can be inspected at the offices of ERMA New Zealand, Level One, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, or at the offices of APD Limited, 4/298 Neilson Street, Penrose, Auckland.

The code is also available for purchase from APD Limited.
