Biosecurity Act 1993
Approval of Hawke’s Bay Airport as a Place of First Arrival (Notice No. 1466)
Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is given that
Hawke’s Bay Airport
was approved on 25 November 2005, as a place of first arrival into New Zealand.
This approval:
(a) is restricted to those kinds of light aircraft not capable of carrying more than 14 persons (including crew).
(b) does not extend to any aircraft carrying cargo (spares, stores and personal effects excepted).
The written notice of approval may be inspected free of charge at the head office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace, Wellington.

In accordance with section 31 (1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986, I give the following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Unsafe Goods (No Holes Tongue Stud) Notice 2005.

Comment—I declare that the “No Holes Tongue Stud” and similar products as described in the Schedule are unsafe goods.
Schedule
Description of “No Holes Tongue Stud”:
(a) A small plastic bead with an opening on one side only, which acts to create a vacuum; and
(b) is intended for use as jewellery on the human tongue, without the need for piercing.
