Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above-named society on the 17th day of June 2004, its surplus assets, being moneys held to its credit with ANZ National Bank Limited (Stratford Branch) be vested in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited at Auckland.

This direction shall become final on the 6th day of January 2006.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
