Notice for Submissions on Draft Code for the Handling of Customer Complaints

Pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Telecommunications Carriers' Forum has prepared a draft code for the handling of customer complaints, a non-regulated telecommunications service.

A copy of the draft code can be downloaded from Telecommunications Carriers' Forum web site at:
