Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation by
the Minister of Conservation under the Reserves Act 1977,
Auckland City Council notifies the following resolution
passed by the said city’s parks and recreation committee,
under delegated authority, on 27 October 2000:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland City Council
hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the
said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be
a recreation reserve, within the meaning of section 17 of
the said Act.”
