Vesting of Property in the Ngai Tahu Ancillary Claims Trustees

Pursuant to section 341 (3) of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Minister in Charge of Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations hereby gives notice that the properties described in the Schedule to this notice were vested in the Ngai Tahu Ancillary Claims Trustees on 10 November 2004.
