Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134 (1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Margaret Anne Wilson, Speaker of the House of
Representatives, give notice that by reason of the death
of Rod David Donald on 6 November 2005, his seat in
the House of Representatives is vacant.
