David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named companies on the 31st day of October 2005 at 10.53 a.m., 11.08 a.m., 11.11 a.m., 11.20 a.m., 11.25 a.m. and 11.28 a.m. respectively, by the High Court at Wellington.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
