Declaration That Land is a Reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council has by resolution, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, declared the land described in the Schedule to be local purpose (RSA memorial) reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of in such manner and for such purposes as the council determines.
