Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice comes into force on 16 December 2005.

This notice amends the Maternity Services Notice by changing the prices payable for some of the maternity services covered by that notice and by making all prices G.S.T. exclusive. This notice also sets out the transitional arrangements for implementing those new prices. If the applicable date of service for a payment is before 16 December 2005, the old prices apply to the payment.
