Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of October 2005
at 5.10 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of the

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed the 26th day
of November 2005, as the day on or before which the
creditors of the above-named companies are to make their
claims and to establish any priority their claims may have,
under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case
may be, from objecting to the distribution.

WJM Cleaning Limited (in liquidation) and P & D
Panelbeaters Limited (in liquidation) on the 27th day of
October 2005 at 10.47 a.m., 10.45 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and
10.37 a.m. respectively, by the High Court at Auckland.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the
liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors in
order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns
to creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed the 17th day of November 2005,
as the last day for creditors to make their claims and
establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a
distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
