Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 325 of the Companies Act 1993

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Sherwood Motor Inn 1998 Limited:

Take notice that I, Peter George Bushnell, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, the leasehold interest of Her Majesty the Queen in lease B665323.6 (Wellington Registry) of all the lands held in Computer Freehold Registers WN51A/975, WN51A/976, WN26A/204, WN26A/205, WN218/263 and WN18C/652, the said lease being in the names of Laurence Farms Limited as lessor and Sherwood Motor Inn 1998 Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 14 March 2003, as lessee.

And I certify that the vesting of the said lease did not come to my notice until 10 October 2005.

Pursuant to section 72I (3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, John Douglas Stanton, Continuing Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

The following emergency airworthiness directives were issued with effective dates as follows:

DCA/SA365/28 on 7 October 2005;
DCA/GA8/3 on 5 October 2005; and
DCA/TUR/33 on 17 October 2005.

Airworthiness directives may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caa.govt.nz) or at Aviation House, 10 Hutt Road, Petone.
