Notice of Appointment of Receiver in Respect of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is given that on the 21st day of October 2005,
I, Jeremy Colin Waters, property manager of Auckland,
was appointed receiver in respect of the mortgaged property
at 160 Grafton Road, Auckland, being Computer Freehold

Register 56C/817 (North Auckland Registry) ("the property")
owned by Goldsteins Finance Limited.

The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers
conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
