Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is hereby given that Kevin Neil Wilson and Christine
Joy Henderson, chartered accountants of Auckland, being
liquidators of Marcas Group Limited, intend to have the
company removed from the New Zealand Register pursuant
to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”).
Removal from the New Zealand Register is requested on the
grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business,

distributed all proceeds of realisation in accordance with its
constitution and the Act, and the company is ready to be
removed from the New Zealand Register.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 18th
day of November 2005, as the day on or before which an
objection to removal, under section 321 of this Act, must be
delivered to the Registrar (being not less than 20 working
days from the date of this notice).
